Installation and commissioning for all the products except the recycling systems is intended to be carried out by the client. Detailed instructions for the installation and commissioning are provided. Telephone assistance is given as required Where the customer requires Suir Systems to install and commission this will be carried out an extra charge. |

Installation and commissioning |
|
All the units are designed for minimal maintenance. However the sensors on the Hydrogen and Ammonia detectors will need to be changed every six months and are simple plug in units. The main catalyst column is required to be inspected every two years. The compressors in the recycling system needs maintenance every 2700 hours. In order to minimize down time it is recommended that the customer acquires suggested list of spares. |

Maintenance |

A free help line service is provided. During the warranty period a spares exchange service is available. Due to the design of the system it is possible for the client to carry out most repairs thus enabling to get the system back on line quickly. If the problem is more complex a service engineer can attend on site.
